Administration: Case-work defaults

Written by amaise Support

Under «Settings»«Features» you set a few defaults that apply to all users of your workspace (permission «TENANT__U_CONFIG»). They answer the question «Why does amaise behave this way for us?».

The case-work defaults under «Settings» → «Features»

The defaults

  • Default view — which view a case opens in (Dashboards, case history, or Documents). Only the views enabled for the workspace can be selected.

  • Default document storage — the storage that newly uploaded documents land in.

  • Duplicates: excluded storages — storages that are excluded from duplicate detection.

  • Case history: visible views — which case-history definitions users can select.

  • Definition of inactive cases — after how many days without activity a case is considered inactive. This setting appears only if the inactivity check is active for the workspace.

Note: These defaults are starting values for the whole workspace. Individual users can choose a personal view that differs from these, where that is provided for.
