When your workspace receives documents through an integration, you define under «Settings» → «Document mapping» how a key from the external system is mapped in amaise. The section only appears once an integration is enabled (permission «TENANT__U_CONFIG»).
Creating a mapping
For each external-system key you define:
the document storage the document is placed in,
the document type,
the split behavior — automatic, as defined by the source system, or never split,
the source of the document date — automatic,
legali.metadata.issuedateorlegali.metadata.receiptdate.
You can switch between the table view and the JSON view and search the entries. amaise warns you if a key appears twice.
