Are the network connections and interfaces to amaise established and do they meet the required performance and security features?

The amaise agent communicates via HTTPS / TLS 1.2. It is authorized only towards the Agent API interface. Availability is guaranteed through SLA. Communication from the cloud to the provider occurs via polling (no incoming connection necessary). Receipt of incoming events must be acknowledged (at-least-once guarantee).
