With annotation presets you decide which annotations your users have on hand as ready-made tools in the PDF reader. You manage them under «Settings» → «Features» (permission «TENANT__U_CONFIG»).

For each preset you define:

You can add, edit and delete presets. The annotations defined this way then appear as presets in the PDF reader.
