Uptime monitoring: Automated monitoring of all production environments with on-call rotation.
Response times: During business hours, S1/S2 alerts are acknowledged within 15 minutes. Outside business hours, critical alerts are acknowledged within 1 hour.
SMS notifications: Critical alerts are sent via SMS to the on-call team.
Security alerts: CloudTrail alerts for root account access and security group changes with anomaly-based alerting.
Error tracking: Real-time error monitoring with structured JSON logging.
Threat detection: Cloud-native security services for continuous threat detection.
