Does amaise support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes. amaise supports enterprise SSO. Microsoft Entra ID and OpenID Connect (OIDC) are the default and recommended protocols; SAML 2.0 is available on request:
Microsoft Entra ID / OpenID Connect (OIDC) — default and recommended: native integration with Microsoft Entra ID, plus generic OIDC for modern identity providers
SAML 2.0 — available on request; on-premise directories are connected via AD FS (Active Directory Federation Services)
Each SSO customer receives a dedicated organization in the authentication service with custom branding (logo, colors, login page). The groups from the customer’s IdP are mapped to amaise tenants and roles, so user attributes are synchronized at every login.
Setup is coordinated with the customer’s IT team and can be flexibly connected to existing identity infrastructures.
Automated provisioning: SCIM-based automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning is available on request — not by default, but as part of an enterprise onboarding. By default, users are provisioned just-in-time at each login; user management is otherwise handled via the admin interface or the amaise API. The amaise team supports customers with high user volumes during setup.
