Does amaise support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes. amaise supports enterprise SSO via the following protocols:
OpenID Connect (OIDC) — for modern identity providers
Azure Active Directory (WAAD) — native integration with Microsoft Entra ID
SAML 2.0 — for identity providers that support SAML
Each SSO customer receives a dedicated organization in the authentication service with custom branding (logo, colors, login page). The groups from the customer’s IdP are mapped to amaise tenants and roles, so user attributes are synchronized at every login.
Setup is coordinated with the customer’s IT team and can be flexibly connected to existing identity infrastructures.
Automated provisioning: SCIM-based automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning is currently being evaluated. Until then, user management is done via the admin interface or the amaise API. For customers with high user volumes, the amaise team is available to assist with setup.
