How does multi-factor authentication work in amaise?
amaise uses TOTP-based multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA is enforced per organization and mandatory for administrative access.
Key features:
No "remember browser": MFA is requested again for every new session — there is no option to skip the second factor.
Recovery codes: Recovery codes are available if the MFA device is not accessible.
All employees: MFA is required on all internal systems (cloud consoles, code repositories, communication tools) and is reviewed quarterly.
MFA configuration can be enabled and enforced per customer organization.
