To open the Medical Case Analysis, click on the stethoscope icon on the left side in the black bar.
The diagnosis overview
A new sidebar will open on the left..
First, you will find the search bar, which you can use to search for specific diagnoses.
The first tile that follows displays higher-level groups of diagnoses with information such as whether the diagnosis had an impact on the inability to work, whether it was a primary or secondary diagnosis, and other relevant points.
If you want to change the sorting, there is a button to the right above the search bar that allows you to sort the search results, e.g., by chronology.
In the second part, which follows directly below, all diagnoses are listed by default in order of relevance. The following information is provided from top to bottom:
ICD-10 code followed by the code description
Date of initial diagnosis
Classification of the context in which the diagnosis was made
When you click on one of the categories, you will be redirected directly to the corresponding document. The relevant text passage in the document will then be highlighted in color.
When you hover your mouse over the diagnosis tiles, additional options are displayed in the upper right corner of the tile. From left to right, these are:
1. Display the chronological sequence of the diagnosis
When this option is selected, a timeline is displayed that visualizes the frequency of the diagnosis over time. The time windows can be adjusted as desired.
2. Remove the diagnosis from the list
3. Display the full title of the diagnosis including the ICD code
The Chronological Diagnosis Overview
You can find the chronological diagnosis overview in the top right corner, next to the diagnosis search. This overview provides a graphical representation of when and how frequently diagnoses have occurred. Diagnoses are grouped by their individual ICD codes.
